It's my first to go in Cebu and experience Sinulog! I can say that it's one of the best festival I've ever attended! People were shouting "Pit Senyor" everywhere. Everybody's getting crazy with their whistles, including me! Hahaha! The best place to party in Cebu after the parade is in Baseline. Check out the pics! :)
So I think these photos says it all. How fun, exciting, wild, and dirty the street party is! You must have it on your list!! Promise! PIT SENYOR!!
